About the Clinical Director

Dr. Aisha Chaudhry
An expert in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and a dedicated advocate for specialized mental health care, I founded the Manara Behavioral Health Institute to bridge the gap between clinical research and compassionate, real-world healing. As Clinical Director, my mission is twofold: to provide individuals struggling with OCD and complex anxiety disorders with the gold-standard, evidence-based tools they need to reclaim their lives, and to equip the next generation of clinicians with true clinical excellence.

My clinical journey began at the University of Central Florida (UCF), where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, followed by a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. Driven by a deep commitment to the field, I advanced my clinical knowledge by earning a PsyD in Psychology from Breyer State University. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). To ensure my clients receive the absolute highest standard of care, I hold advanced clinical certifications specializing in Clinical Anxiety Spectrum Disorders and Trauma-Related Disorders.

I believe that therapy should never feel like a rigid, one-size-fits-all protocol. True healing happens when we integrate deeply researched, proven strategies—like virtual ERP—with the personal values you hold dear. OCD tries to bully you into a smaller life, but our goal here is to help you build a well-rounded path to authentic wellness and lasting freedom.Whether you are a client looking to break the cycle of anxiety or a professional seeking advanced clinical training, I am here to ensure you receive the comprehensive, expert support you deserve.
